All western countries are calling for ceasefire, to bring peace to the table, release all hostages from the 7th of October and create a two-state solution.
I agree with one part of that statement and that is to get that ceasefire in place. The rest, needs to be discussed and that’s exactly what we will do in this post.
Let’s start with the same old question, do you condemn Hamas? If I condemn freedom fighters that are fighting bad people who’s intention is to eliminate a entire population and treat them as animals? Absolutely not. In my view, if you are living on occupied land and you die, then that’s a direct result of your actions deciding to live on illegal land. Simple as that. No need to sugar coat it. Death is always sad and doesn’t bring joy to anyone, but as it’s been quoted many times before my time:
“You can’t separate peace from freedom, because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom.”
El-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz (Malcolm X)
For those visiting the area from non-occupied lands, we feel your pain and the loss of families. But everyone else, nah not really.
The main reasoning for my mindset is not that Israel is a jewish state, that’s the least of my concerns. Muslim, Jews and Christians lived in happy peaceful times in Palestine way before the Balfour agreement, which is basically a bunch of white Zionist people arguing the case that Jews should have their own state. Which doesn’t make sense, because 99% of jews are not even from the territory of Palestine according to Wikipedia. What’s even worse is that we actually have technology in place today, that would be able to determine how many of these so called Israelis are from that region, it’s called a DNA test but you are not allowed to take one unless you go to court, let that sink in.
The below is a map of Palestine.

And this is what was left after those fat white Zionist were finished stealing land:

Fast forward to today, this is what has happened:

The above screenshots are from Al-Jazeera.com
For the sharp reader and observer, you will see that Palestine is significantly smaller and not one serious action has been taken against Israel for their illegal settlements. This is not acceptable and also the reasoning why I have no sympathy for Israel or it citizens.
The only solution as I see it, is to have one united stated, something like “United states of Palestine and Israel” where you have freedom for everyone, equal right to education, hospitals etc.
Giving Israel their own land and Palestine their own land is clearly not the solution, looking at how barbaric Israel has acted the last 75 years. To some extent it also makes me wonder, why have Israelis not learned from their history? you would imagine holocaust would be eye-opener, that they would travel abroad and do good deeds. But the exact opposite is happening because the basis of establishment of a Jewish state is based on Zionism. BIG RED FLAG!
I hope the above makes sense and that you understand the context of my thinking. We as Muslims don’t hate any Jews or Christians, it’s true that we will never keep them close to our hearts as they are friend and allies of each other, but our religion teaches us to live in peace with people and let Allah do the punishment that needs to be done.
As always, feel free to discuss through the comment section below and if you are Zionist and cooking right now, great, go fuck yourself again. 🫳🏽🎤
Another interesting read Waqas – thanks for increasing my historic understanding.
In itself a tragic paradox of the current FUBAR situation – lack of willingness in mass media and among politicians to discuss facts when facts are central to running any just process and figuring out solutions. “The first casualty of War is Truth” as the old saying goes…
I get your thinking on a 1-state solution but I just think the differences and bad blood between the populations are too significant. It’s like merging Chelsea and Arsenal – could work on paper but maybe safer to keep the fans on separate stands! Also, I struggle seeing what the ‘social fabric’ of such a new state would consist of?
Shared rights and equal access to healthcare and education is great but by no means constitute a fully functional state. The elements of mutual respect, trust and kindness are equally important and I just think too many people have lost family, hold too extreme political/religious views etc. for it to work in practice.
Why the two state solution is better
1. The first and most obvious benefit is the construction of a fancy wall separating the warring parties (even better – I know an orange guy that will make Mexico pay for it and they might even throw in a few freebie tunnels)
2. A two state solution should force Israel to role back settlements (likely not as many as you want though)
3. Possibly provides a better long term platform for a more economic independent and prosperous Palestine (I think many muslim countries would hesitate dealing with a single state if predominantly Jewish lead. Also, I’ve read that reluctancy to invest in Palestine by other muslim countries is often based on fear/expectations of Israel destroying these buildings/businesses so a two state solution must come with international guarantees of protection of both people and businesses)
4. Easier to enforce – I don’t see Who and How a single state solution will be enforced in any remote just way? UN (nope), US (nope), Muslim coalition (unlikely to get US approval), Aliens (yes if the exist!?)
Regardless of solution-preferences we must hope for better times soon. Wishing you and the family all the best. Hope to see you in London end of May.

I think the wording “lack of willingness” is a big illusion in my opinion, if you look at how all western mainstream media is portraying the war against Palestinians, it’s evident to see that these medias are driven by people who have deeply rooted background in Zionism. To give you a good example:
When 4 girls aged 17-19 years old were killed on the 7th of October, they were addressed on BBC as “children”. When a 4 year old girl was shot dead by IDF, she was described as a “young lady”. The wording is very important as the consumers of the media are most likely 85% of society that are never ever going to see their news from a channel like Al-Jazeera or try to investigate what other news are relevant. There is a narrative in western media that is driven by sharing any news to the world, without actually following up or fact check, the war in Ukraine is the same, stories will be shared on the media outlets websites and end with “we couldn’t confirm if the story is real”.
Again, I do think it’s possible to merge jews and Muslim into one country. Muslim and Jews have been living side by side in the same area for hundreds of years before any Zionist came and forced them out of their homes. The issue here is Zionism. I agree that it’s not easy and straight forward to have a one-state solution. But I think of it this way.
1. If you really believe that you need to live on that land, then live there, but don’t force the native people away. If you do, then you are a Zionist and have no future in the single state solution. You should be deported to Zoo or Australia so you can go fuck yourself again 😀
2. A 10 maybe 20 year plan needs to be put in place. No borders, fences or anything else that reminds people of the past. Clean slate, remove all that Nazi concentration camp walls and insert International Peace keeping forces to ensure no one is harmed and everything goes through a trial etc. It’s beyond my belief how you have more than 7.000 people held back in Israeli prisons without any charges and these prisoners are being treated like animals. That alone should be enough reason to not have a established Jewish state, how dare they speak about being democratic and the most “moral” occupying force in the world and then act like this.
3. I don’t understand how we could deploy a peace keeping force in Yugoslavia at the time, but when it comes to Israel performing a genocide in Palestine, then there is no appetite for peace (this is also the main reason I’m all for Hamas and their fight against the occupation, no one is fighting their battle on a day to day basis).
I do indeed pray for better days for everyone. The thing we also need to remember is, that in the Quran, we actually have proof that the jews.. and yes, it says the jews… 😁 would bring trouble twice. Read it here, it’s spot on to what is happening.
https://quran.com/en/al-isra/4/tafsirs#:~:text=It%20was%20mentioned%20in%20the%20Tawrah%20that%20the%20Jews%20would%20spread%20Mischief%20twice
Stay safe and I will inshallah see you soon. 😁
